Sema4.ai Work Room is your dedicated space for working with enterprise AI agents. Work Room is designed specifically for you to find, collaborate with, and oversee AI agents that help streamline your daily tasks or tackle complex end-to-end work.
What you can do with agents
In Work Room, you can harness the power of AI agents to transform how you work:
- Speed up tasks: Engage in real-time conversations with agents to brainstorm ideas, solve problems, or get quick answers to your questions.
- Automate complex work: Put agents to work on time-consuming, repetitive processes, freeing you to focus on higher-value activities and supervise their work.
- Enhance decision-making: Use AI-powered insights to support your choices and strategies.
- Process documents: Employ agents to analyze documents and perform data extraction and validation.
Work Room integrates with your company's login system, so you can access it securely using your company credentials.
Types of agents
You have two types of AI agents at your disposal in Work Room:
- Conversational agents chat with you to understand your queries, collaborate on tasks, and help you get work done through natural language interactions. Use them to brainstorm, solve problems, or get quick answers.
- Worker agents autonomously handle complex, repetitive tasks 24/7. You can oversee their progress, intervene when necessary, and focus on higher-value work while they handle the time-consuming processes.
Find your way around in Work Room
Everything you need in Work Room is accessible using the left-side navigation menu:
- Home: Quick overview of the agents you have access to.
- Agents: Details about agents, including status and usage.
- Documents: Manage documents used by agents to automate document-centric work.
Use agents
To find the agent you want to work with:
- Click Home in the left navigation menu.
- Browse the list of agents.
- You can use the search bar at top-center to search agents by name.
Can't find the agent you're looking for? It may be that you don't have the right access permissions. Contact your agent administration team, and they'll help you resolve the issue.
Once you've found the agent you want to work with, you can interact with it based on its type:

Conversational agents: Click on the agent to start a chat. You can ask questions, request assistance, or collaborate on tasks through natural language conversation.

Worker agents: Select the agent to view its dashboard. Here, you can oversee the work the agent is performing, monitor progress, and intervene if necessary.
