Import agents to Control Room
Sometimes, you might need to import an agent package into Control Room as a ZIP archive.
This is helpful in scenarios like:
- Migrating agents from another Control Room organization
- Importing agents built by another team
- Bringing in ready-made agents that haven’t been added to Control Room yet

Import a ZIP package
- In Control Room, go to Gallery using the left-side menu.
- Click Import Agent button at the top-right above the agent overview.
- Select the ZIP archive with the agent package.
- On the confirmation screen that appears, review the agent you're importing and click Publish.
- Control Room now validates the agent package and if all goes well, you're presented with successful import screen shortly after.
After a successful import, you have the option to either deploy the agent right away or view its details in the Agent Gallery.
If the validation didn't pass, you're presented with an error that tells you what's wrong, so that you can fix it. For instance, you can't import an agent with the same version that already exists in Control Room.
With the import done, the agent is ready for deployment and management within your organization.
