Agent lifecycle

Control Room enables you to manage the entire lifecycle of AI agents, from collaboration during development to deployment and monitoring.

The Agent Gallery supports collaboration by allowing teams to share, improve, and reuse agents across departments. It provides tools for developers and administrators to manage versioning, upgrades, and rollbacks, helping maintain agent performance and ensure timely updates.

Publish

You can add an agent to the Agent Gallery by either publishing it from Studio or uploading a ZIP package. Once added, the agent becomes a shared resource within your organization. Teams can collaborate on updates, improvements, and edits. You can manage versions, track changes, and ensure consistency across deployments, making the agent reusable across departments.

Deploy

During deployment, you assign an agent to a workspace, which means it will be deployed to the appropriate Agent Compute environment along with all necessary configurations. These configurations may include service accounts for actions or OAuth clients that the agent requires to interact with enterprise applications in production.

Update

When agent creators release a new version of an agent to Control Room, you can update deployed agents to use the latest version. Control Room provides granular control with options to upgrade or roll back agent versions as needed.

Work

Agents are available to business users in Work Room, where they can interact with agents to perform tasks. Agents are continuously operational and ready to provide service at all times. You can monitor agent performance, review logs, and track metrics to ensure optimal agent functionality.
