Deploy your agent

As an AI Operator, you're the bridge between agent creation and end-user impact. The Gallery in Control Room is where all published agents await you to reach their intended users. Whether it's a sales data analyzer, customer service assistant, or knowledge base explorer, you'll determine which teams get access to which AI agents.

In this quick start guide, you'll learn how to discover agents in the Gallery, configure them for specific workspaces, and deploy them so business users can start experiencing the power of AI in their daily work.

Find the agent to deploy

  1. In Control Room, go to Gallery using the left-side navigation menu.
  2. Browse the gallery to find the agent you want to deploy.
  3. You can use the Search bar to filter agents by name or description.
  4. Click Deploy on the agent card to begin the deployment process.

This brings you to a review screen with an overview of the agent you're about to deploy. You'll see key information such as the agent's description, the LLM it uses, its actions, and included knowledge files. This helps you verify you're deploying the correct agent before proceeding. Click Continue when you're ready to proceed.

Configure deployment

On the next screen, you can customize the deployment details and select the workspace where users will access the agent.

  1. You can edit the name and description to personalize this deployment for its specific audience.For instance, an agent may have different use cases in various workspaces, like Finance and HR.
  2. Select the Workspace where you want to deploy the agent based on which teams need access.
  3. Select an LLM configuration compatible with the agent's requirements.
  4. (Optional) Add feedback recipients to receive user feedback about the agent.

Once done, click Continue to more forth.

Configure actions

The next screen allows you to configure any action-specific settings that the agent requires to function properly.

  1. Review any action configuration requirements
  2. Provide necessary API keys or credentials if prompted
  3. Verify all required fields are completed

Once you've configured all actions, click Deploy. The deployment process will begin, which may take a minute or two to complete. Once finished, you'll see the agent listed in the Deployed Agents section of Control Room.

What's Next

To share a deployed agent with colleagues who have access to the workspace, copy the link on the chat button or the URL of your tab with the agent in Work Room.

Now that you've successfully deployed the agent, it's available to all users with access to the selected workspace. As users provide feedback, you can coordinate with the agent creators to improve its capabilities or deploy updated versions as they become available. Your role as an AI operator is crucial in ensuring the right agents reach the right teams, maximizing the value of AI throughout your organization.
