Reporting Issues

Studio and Visual Studio Code Extension

1. In Studio: Click Help > Submit Issue in the bottom-left corner.
2. In VS Code: Open the Sema4.ai extension sidebar, locate the Control Room panel, and click Submit Issue to Sema4.ai.

When reporting, please provide:

• Your operating system version
• Application version (Studio: found in Settings; VS Code: Help > About)
• A detailed description of what you did, what you expected, and what actually happened

Control Room and Agent Compute

• Report issues in Control Room by clicking the Help button at the top right corner of the Control Room interface, and choosing Report an Issue.

Team Edition in Snowflake

• Report issue by downloading the logs from the Admin view (Streamlit), and sending them to our support team at support@sema4.ai with a short description of the issue.
