What is organization in Control Room

An organization refers to your company or one of its subdivisions. It houses critical elements such as the Agent Gallery, LLM connections, SSO settings, and more. Each organization is assigned one Organization Storage, which provides storage services from your VPC.

Organization Storage

Each organization has a dedicated Organization Storage responsible for provisioning the necessary storage services through your VPC. Deploying an Organization Storage is a fundamental step to activating and managing Control Room effectively. Without it, you cannot fully operationalize Control Room to manage agents and automation processes.

Agent Gallery

The Agent Gallery is where all agents and their actions within the organization are listed. It serves as a central location to manage, share, and access agents across your company. The Agent Gallery also facilitates collaboration by providing visibility into the agents available for automation workflows, ensuring that every relevant stakeholder can leverage shared resources.

Secrets

Secrets store sensitive credentials such as API keys and passwords. These are used for configuring agents and their actions securely during deployment. Without properly managing secrets, agents cannot interact with external systems or perform authenticated actions.

LLM connections

Your organization’s LLM connections define which LLM providers and models are approved for use within your infrastructure. LLM connections are essential for agents requiring natural language processing or generation capabilities. Typically, you will have distinct configurations for development and production environments, allowing flexibility in testing and deployment.

OAuth applications

Some actions performed by conversational agents require authentication with third-party applications via OAuth. For this, your organization must register OAuth client applications, specifying client IDs and secrets. This allows agents to authenticate securely using a user's credentials, ensuring actions can be carried out with the correct permissions.

Integrations

This section lists all the third-party integrations supported by your organization. Integrations can range from observability platforms such as LangSmith, used to monitor and trace agent activity, to email sending services and other automation-supporting tools. Integrations expand the capabilities of your agents and ensure they can interact seamlessly with external systems, enhancing the automation potential of the agents.
