Conversation Guide
When users first interact with your AI agent, they often don't know where to start or what questions to ask. Conversation guides solve this by providing a structured set of clickable prompts that help users quickly understand your agent's capabilities and get productive results immediately.
Think of conversation guides as a "quick start" experience for your agent. Instead of users struggling to figure out the right prompts or maintaining separate cheat sheets, they can simply click through a curated list of examples that demonstrate your agent's key features and workflows.

Creating a Conversation Guide in Studio
Edit your agent
- Open your agent in Studio
- Click Edit Agent
- Scroll to the bottom and click Advanced Options
- Click Create Conversation Guide

- Click Add Conversation Prompt Group

Configure Conversation Guide
- Choose a name for your groups of conversation prompts
- Add conversation prompts that will show up as clickable buttons in the conversation guide
- Reorder them to match the flow you want to walk your users through

- Click the X in the upper right corner to close the editor
- Click Apply Changes
Preview the Conversation Guide
After saving your changes, your agent will have a new tab in the left-hand sidebar called Conversation Guide.

Start Chatting
Click on a conversation prompt to start a chat with your agent.
