Starting a conversation
To interact with a Sema4.ai agent in a Microsoft Teams channel:
- Go to a channel where the agent has been added by your administrator
- Type @ followed by the agent's name (e.g., @SalesAssistant)
- Enter your question or request in natural language
- Press enter to send your message
The agent will respond in the channel thread, making the interaction visible to all channel members.
Continuing conversations
- Agents remember the context of your conversation within a thread
- You can return to previous conversations at any time
- Reference earlier information without needing to repeat yourself
