The Sema4.ai platform consists of four main components:

Components that are installed to user's laptop:

  1. Sema4.ai Studio: A desktop application for building AI agents using natural language Runbooks. It allows business users to create and update agents without writing code, adapting quickly as business processes change. Available for Windows and macOS.

  2. Sema4.ai SDK: Developer tools for building custom actions and named queries. Available as extensions for VS Code and Cursor.

Components brough to you by the Team Edition native app from the Snowflake Marketplace:

  1. Sema4.ai Control Room: Sema4.ai Control Room is a secure, scalable environment for managing AI agents across their entire lifecycle.

  2. Sema4.ai Work Room: A dedicated space for working with enterprise AI agents. It's designed specifically for you to find, collaborate with, and oversee AI agents that help streamline your daily tasks or tackle complex end-to-end work.

  3. ❄️ Admin view: A Streamlit app that runs in Snowsight UI that is used to configure the Control Room and Work Room services, and allows administrators to manage permissions and view execution logs.
