Welcome to the Version 3.0 docs

This is where the documentation for Version 3.0 lives. It is being written section by section as the release comes together, so today it is deliberately small: self-hosted deployment and administration are covered, and the rest is still on its way.

Start with Deploy, then Administration. Those two sections are complete: you can install a deployment and configure the workspace against them. Everything else (building, daily use, the API reference) is still being authored and is not listed here yet.

For documentation on the shipping product, switch the version picker in the top-left to Version 2.5 or Version 1.

What is available now

Self-host Sema4.ai→Stand up a deployment in your own cloud account: cluster and node requirements, the sandbox runtime, AWS EKS, identity providers, and network endpoints.Administration→Run the workspace: teams and users, single sign-on, integrations, MCP servers, data sources, and the audit and evidence record.Release notes→What ships in each Version 3.0 release.

What is coming

The remaining sections are drafted but not published. As each one is finished it will appear in the navigation on the left:

  • Get started. Quickstarts for IT, builders, and analysts.
  • Build. Projects, Data Collections, document intelligence, Skills, and shared context.
  • Use. Chat, work items, tasks, and memories for everyday work.
  • Observe and measure. Analytics, insights, and audit deep dives.
  • Develop. The agent SDK, custom actions, Skills SDK, and local development.
  • API reference. Authentication, projects, runs, tasks, work items, integrations, and audit.

If you have been given a direct link to one of these pages, it still opens. Treat what you find there as a work in progress rather than as guidance you can rely on.
