Robocorp Setup Utility v0.15.1

• Issues with launching Setup Utility are now fixed - missing required entities caused the app to freeze in certain situations
• Everything should now be ensured in the bootstrap sequence
• Upgrading to the former version (v0.15.0), shouldn't cause any problems
• Upgrading to the latest version is always recommended
