Automation Studio 2.16.0

This update to Automation Studio is all about solving potential issues users might encounter. The system diagnostics dialogs have been re-designed, and should now better guide users through possible errors and their mitigations. This version also fixes various bugs reported by users who have been doing the first certification course.
